No, bookings must be made on an individual basis.

How can I update my personal details for the Conference?

To update your personal details, all you need to do is log into your registration and click 'modify registration'.

This takes you to the personal information for your registration (name, institution, biography, and so on). Once you have made your changes, click on the Submit button to save them.

What is the session format at the CSAE Conference 2026?

All presentations will be conducted in person at the CSAE Conference 2026 in Oxford, UK.

Every speaker will also act as a discussant for another paper and one speaker will also act as the chair for their session. We arrange each session alphabetically by speaker, with the last speaker assigned the role as session chair

Can I change when my paper has been scheduled in the programme?

Unfortunately, we are not able to incorporate any changes to the programme after it has been published.

Are children allowed at the CSAE Conference?

The event venue does not allow persons under the age of 18 on site due to the canal and other potential dangers. Exceptions for parents of babies should be discussed in advance with the events team via csae.conference@economics.ox.ac.uk.

Can I breastfeed at the CSAE Conference?

Yes, and we also have a dedicated breastfeeding room for our participants to use at St Catherine's College. Please contact the events team at csae.conference@economics.ox.ac.uk to discuss bringing your baby to the event.

Do you have a prayer room at the CSAE Conference?

Yes. We have a dedicated prayer room for our participants to use at St Catherine's College.

How can I buy a CSAE 40th Anniversary Thermal Cup?

CSAE anniversary thermal cups are available to buy via the registration process. You can log back into the registration portal at any time by clicking "already registered" to buy a cup. If there are any cups left, we will also be selling them at the event. Each cup costs £9 and you can choose between white and silver.

Can I park my car at St Catherine's College?

St Catherine’s College is situated at the very end of Manor Road, Oxford, OX1 3UJ and there is limited parking reserved for disabled guests. If you are travelling to the Conference by car, then we recommend that you use the Park and Ride service. Please get in touch with the college directly if you have any questions about this St Catz Conferences at catz.conferences@stcatz.ox.ac.uk

The CSAE App is only compatible with iOS 14 and higher and Andriod 10 and higher. If your device cannot use an operating system at this level, please use the website version of the app.

I can't access the CSAE App

You can download the CSAE App at any time but the CSAE 2026 event will not be available until March 2026.

You will need to register for the CSAE Conference 2026 in order to access the event in the CSAE App for this year's event. The event will be available in the app in early 2026.

Important Visa Updates

There have been recent changes to the UK’s border process which will impact many CSAE Conference attendees. Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs) are being introduced worldwide for visitors to the UK who do not currently need a visa for short stays, or who do not already have a UK immigration status.

If you already have a visa to the UK, you do not need to apply for an ETA.

If you do not require a visa for a short stay (EU, USA, etc) you may have to apply for an ETA.
